In this project I explored three stages of change. When I first started this project I started thinking about my relationship with change. I realized I used to not like change at all and avoided it when possible. This made me realize I could create my experience with change through symbolism and shapes with p5js. When making this I know I wanted to use the camera feature because it is a self-reflective piece. I wanted the user to be able to look at themselves and see a change throughout the three stages.

The Queen is an Elizabethan-themed website that has three interactive games. There are three different games on the website that walk you through a story. Javascript and HTML were used to make this project. The website is the historical tale of Queen Elizabeth and Mary Queen of Scots. I have been influenced by Renaissance and Elizabethan art and was inspired to bring that style to web design because it is different from most web styles. I choose to use historical portraits of the queens in the games. The color pallet uses royal colors so that the user feels like they are visiting an Elizabethan website. In making this project I wanted to explore using old and ornate artwork in web design. I like the juxtaposition of old and new and finding ways to make them work together.

BS or Billionaires to Space is a fictitious organization conceived to send billionaires like Elon Musk to space because they are doing so much damage to the earth. BS has a public service announcement video and website. The website is long scrolling and modeled after billionaire space organization websites.

This interactive website walks you through an experience that happened to me about finding a baby hummingbird. Using hand drawings to emphasize bird motion, this story asks the user to make decisions concerning the health of a baby bird. The storyline walks the user through a thought process and wants the user to become more conscious of how to treat injured wildlife.
